Absence Notification
Thank you for using our online absence notification system. To report your child’s absence, please complete the entire form. Please make note of the following:
- For all illness related absences, please include the predominant symptoms of the illness.
- If your child has a fever of 100 degrees or higher, a cough, and sore throat, please contact your healthcare provider for further guidance.
- Before returning to school, your child needs to be fever free for 24 hours, unaided by fever reducing medication.
- Completing this form replaces leaving a message on our telephone attendance line.
